Question:
Some teenagers may act recklessly - for example, taking drugs, drinking too much or getting into dangerous situations. Sometimes that may think about suicide. Teenagers who are very depressed can become preoccupied with thoughts of death and to escape their sadness they may attempt to kill or harm themselves (for example, by taking an overdose or cutting their arms). Definitely, what should I do?
Answer:
If you are feeling really down then you really must go to your GP. I was
scared to at first, it was my gf who made me say something to him, and i
just felt sick inside about myself, went into denile etc. I have really bad
days still, but it has all helped a little, so its worth doing, anyway, the
chances are you will have a better GP than I originally went to (what an
uptight wanker!!!) but my new Consultant is a good help. Consider
councilling? But maybe you should leave this until you are sure, goto your
doc first., It sounds like they're helping you. Am I out of place to ask about your
treatment?
well at the mo, i'm seeing a psychiatrist, and should be seeing a
counsillor. the best thing is someone who cares close to you. my gf is the
best help, she is the only pick me up i have really. drugs just make
dependnacy and you up. love is a good feeling and you will know love
when it hits you.
